Dana (Donation)
In the Zen tradition, dāna (a Sanskrit word meaning generosity or giving) is considered the first of the pāramitās—the practices that carry us across to awakening. It is the foundation of spiritual life, reminding us that the path is not walked alone but in mutual support.
At Cornerstone Meditation Center, the teachings, space, and community are offered at a fixed charge. Practitioners are invited to offer additional support to the center through dāna—an act of generosity. Dāna means generosity. Our center is sustained by your gifts. Donations help maintain the space, support teachers, and keep practice open to all.
Give what you can, with gratitude. Cornerstone Meditation Center is a non-profit with 501c3 status and, as such, your dāna is tax-deductible.
Mindfulness
At Cornerstone Meditation Center, we offer mindfulness practices to support balance, clarity, and inner peace. Our services include guided meditation, breathwork, educational/experiential workshops, and classes designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Each offering creates space for stillness, reflection, and cultivating awareness in daily life.
