The Cornerstone Meditation Center (CMC) provides a dedicated and welcoming space for the practice of meditation, fostering mindfulness, compassion, and inner peace for individuals in and around Monmouth County, NJ. Rooted in Zen Buddhism, CMC offers instruction, group sittings, and educational programs designed to support practitioners of all levels—from beginners to experienced meditators. Through these offerings, the CMC seeks to nurture individual growth, strengthen community connections, and contribute to the well-being of the broader community.
